Our founder, Tushar Goel, an alumnus from the prestigious Harvard Business School (Summer Program), started working as a Business Analyst in 2013 and it was then that he realized the potential in the IT industry. His first project as a BA was with Horizon BCBS of New Jersey which made him realize the gap between the clients’ actual need and deliverables Armed with this knowledge and a passion to innovate, he incorporated a firm to provide solutions to the IT firms in Delaware and moved into man power consulting, starting 2014. The firm then started to provide staffing solutions to call centres in 2015, reporting a 150% Y-o- Y growth. With experience that spans the entire IT consulting space and being a successful entrepreneur, in 2016, he incorporated another company, Company Name, to actively pitch clients across The USA. Since its inception, Company Name has shown tremendous growth, and currently caters to more than 10 clients with a global presence across various verticals and markets.
